libisl10 software package provides manipulating sets and relations of integer points bounded by linear constraints, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libisl10
libisl10 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libisl10 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libisl10 *
You will get with libisl10 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
